Air Dust Drilling

Air (Dust) Drilling is a circulating method providing a high penetration rate.

Air/Dust Drilling Layout Dry Air is compressed and boosted to the required circulation pressure to remove cuttings from the hole with high annular air velocities from 2500 to 3500 feet per minute.

Dust drilling is used in medium to hard formation structures, as well as deviated or fractured zones.
